A churro is a fried- dough pastry- predominantly choux- based snack. Churros are traditional in Spain and Mexico, where they originated, as well as in the Philippines and Ibero- America.
I have to admit that the recipe I used didn’t work out as planned. I didn’t have any piping bags so I had to use a ziplock baggie and I didn’t have a star tip.🙁 My oil was to low so they were doughy not crunchy but they still turned out good.😀
I’ve never had a churro. It sure sounds delicious. Sometimes the things that seem the simplest to do… can actually be the most challenging. Never give up..!!
